About the project

Busselton Jetty was one of the best-kept secrets in the world.

Extending 1.8 kilometres over the protected waters of Geographe Bay, the heritage listed jetty is the longest wooden-piled jetty in the Southern Hemisphere.

It had a reputation built around family friendly messaging with local market positioning, however with the influx of international students and families, Busselton Jetty needed to change their face to the world.


Achieved Goals

Our vision was to showcase the core of what makes this Western Australian icon so unique amongst a sea of domestic and foreign competitors. And ultimately, to raise Busselton Jetty’s international brand awareness, pivot its positioning to speak to a different target audience and drive visitation.
