Hey everyone!

I’ve got a story to share with you all today. It’s about my friend Dylan and his journey from being a freestyle motocross rider to becoming a passionate photographer and videographer.

Dylan used to live for the thrill of the jump and the adrenaline rush that came with freestyle motocross. But after a few too many injuries, he knew it was time to make a change. That’s when he picked up a camera and started capturing the world around him. At first, it was just a GoPro duct-taped to someone’s boot, but he realized he had a natural talent for photography and videography as he got better.

One of the most memorable moments in Dylan’s life was when he broke his wrist in 18 different places during a jump. It was a difficult time, but it made him realize he needed to change. And that’s exactly what he did. He met a girl named Sarah who worked as a whale shark guide in Coral Bay, and he fell in love with the ocean. He started doing underwater photography and videography, which he would never have imagined.

Dylan’s passion for photography and videography has taken him to incredible places. He’s filmed blue whales, travelled the world, and captured moments people will cherish forever. But it wasn’t an easy journey. He had to work hard, take on jobs that weren’t his passion, and network with like-minded people. But he never gave up on his dream.

So, if you’re considering pursuing a creative career, my advice is to don’t give up. It won’t be easy, but you can make it happen if you’re driven and motivated. Take risks, try new things, and be open to unexpected opportunities. You never know where they may lead you. And who knows, maybe one day you’ll capture incredible moments and inspire others to follow their dreams as Dylan did!
